How long does my order take to ship?
Our products are generally in stock and ready to ship. We are very quick with delivery and can often deliver next day if required. Some items (such as beds) are made to order and take 7-10 days to deliver to you.
Where do we ship?
We predominately ship in and around Sheffield and the surrounding areas. Delivery is free to postcodes (S1-S21) and (S26). (S32-S33) postcodes are a £30 delivery charge. For delivery to all other (S) postcodes, there is a £15 delivery charge. Deliveries further afield can be organised, please contact us for pricing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days. All returned items must be unused. For unwanted items we charge a nominal fee of £25 if we need to collect.
Other services
At Sheffield Discount Furniture we offer a standard 2 man delivery service at no extra cost.
If you want us to take away your old items, it will cost you £10 per item.
We can fully assemble and install products for you, but the cost will depend on the complexity of the task. As an example, setting up a complete bed with a mattress would cost around £20.
